Dr. Amitabh Chandra
He has over 30 years of experience in Industrial R&D, Product Engineering, General Management, Strategy, and Training that enables him bring to the classroom a rich perspective bridging the gap between theory and practice. The personal examples that he narrates are seeped in a certain meticulousness that help participants understand and implement concepts better at their work place. Dr. Chandra is not only a facilitator but also a coach and a guide to several professionals. Following a Bachelors degree from St. Stephens College and a Masters from IIT Delhi, he obtained his Ph.D. from Cornell University (USA) in 1979. He worked in the U.S. at the prestigious Bell Laboratories in Industrial R&D, and with AT&T Business Communication Services in new product concepts. Since his move back to India in 1996, he was Vice President and Chief Strategist with Essar Telecom for four years, followed by three years in the BPO industry. From 2004 onwards, he has been in the training industry in Hyderabad. Dr. Chandra is currently Director of LIFE Education Training Consulting in Hyderabad and also a Director of Training and Consulting Group-TCG/KNOWIZ.
She has over 15 Years of experience in the HR domain having developed strong competencies in the core HR areas like Talent acquisition, Performance Management, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits Management, Compliances, Employee Relations and Talent Development. With aspirations to be a lead entrepreneur in the Human Capital augmentation space, offering high end HR and Management Consulting Solutions, Monica is the newest entrant on TCG/KNOWIZ’s board. She brings with her multi-industry experience, having worked across IT, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and the Education industries. Aparna brings close to 25 years of experience across HR and Sales functions working with multinational organizations like HCL Hewlett Packard, Cadence, Fidelity, Manhattan Associates, Nokia and NSN. Her last two assignments, before becoming independent in 2004, were as Head of HR-Software Business, Fidelity Investments and Head of HR, Manhattan Associates.
She has the unique experience of being part of the key team setting up the largest manufacturing plant for Nokia at Chennai, India. She has been instrumental in solving some complicated problems at Nokia. She has been instrumental in setting up the department at Cadence, Fidelity and Manhattan Associates.
She has a degree in Commerce from Panjab University, Chandigarh and an MBA from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. She is currently living up life and pursuing her varied interests in traveling, photography, music and spirituality.

He is currently pursuing his Executive Masters in Human Resources from MDI Gurgaon.
He is passionate about client acquisition and relationship building. He has a proven track record in exponential growth in business development & marketing. Using a consultative approach, he has acquired and develop business with large corporations like Baxter, Schneider Electric, GHCL, Dr. Reddy Labs, Imagica Consulting and Prosper Consulting to aid in enhancing organizational and employee performance.
Abhay is currently working in client acquisition and account management and is also leading the Recruitment solutions wing for Knowiz.
